COOLENUF REAL ESTATE Ltd. is the brainchild of a collaborative effort of business minds in the USA, Europe, and the TCI. Realizing that the recent economic turmoil across the world will change the way people invest for decades into the future, the COOLENUF partners studied past trends and economic downturns, specifically as they relate to the real estate market. We know that the marketing of real estate, especially destination real estate, will have to be done differently. We studied timeshares, destination clubs, and fractional ownership and our conclusion was unanimous: fractional ownership will be THE resort real estate vehicle to carry us thru the 21st century. Our experience in the TCI spans 3 decades and brings into concert American entrepreneurship, Hanseatic merchant tradition, and Turks & Caicos local experience. COOLENUF's partners possess vast knowledge regarding the TCI development industry, worldwide real estate marketing, real estate brokerage and sales, real estate investment, TCI real estate investment (our partners have personally and in concert invested millions in the TCI), diplomatic relations, and journalistic endeavors. Due to the uniqueness of its concept, COOLENUF REAL ESTATE is truly in a class of its own. We represent owners and owner/investors in a manner never before offered.
